What services do you offer?
At B.T.C Bodyworks, we specialize in small to medium bodywork repairs, alloy wheel repairs, headlight restoration, and plastic welding repairs. Does my vehicle need to be cleaned when I bring it to my appointment?
Your car does not have to be spotless however relatively clean is preferable. Don't worry! We understand your vehicle can collect some dirt on the journey to us.
Can I leave my dashcam on during the repairs?
Unfortunately all dashcam and audio recording devices need to be switched off prior to entering the premesis.
This is in line with the principles of The Data Protection Act under GDPR.
Can I wait whilst my car is being repaired?
Most clients drop their vehicles to us early in the morning and collect at the end of the day, however if you arrive early for collection we have a seating area. We would usually require your vehicle for the whole day as we work on multiple vehicles at a time, so waiting in our seating area for the entirity of the repair is not recommended.
Do you provide windscreen repairs?
We do not provide windscreen repairs, no.
Do you have W/C available for customers?
Yes we do have a toilet on the premises that customers are welcome to use.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept most cards, bank transfers, cheques and cash.
Payment upon completion.

Do you require a deposit?
No we do not require a deposit, however if your repair requires us to order new parts for you, these will need to be paid for in advance.
Do you do full re-paints?
No as we focus on smaller repairs.
Do you do restoration work?
No.
Do you have any before and after photos that I can look at?
Yes. All of our before and after photos are available on our social media accounts linked on our Contact page.
Can you repair cracked alloy wheels?
No this is not a service we provide, nor wheel straightening.
How soon can I wash my car after the repairs?
Your vehicle needs to be left for 48 hours before being washed. This allows the paint to fully cure.
